Regina Intergroup Annual Workshop
The workshop was successfully held in September 2009. Please watch for
details for the 2010 workshop.
UNITY DAY
This day recognizes the strength of the
Fellowship worldwide. On the last Saturday in February, at 11:30 a.m. pacific
standard time, OA members pause to reaffirm the strength inherent in OA’s
unity.

I.D.E.A. DAY
International Day Experiencing Abstinence (IDEA), celebrated the third Saturday
in November, encourages OA members worldwide to begin or reaffirm their
abstinence from compulsive overeating.
Everyone is on their own journey and the fellowship of OA is there for every step of
it !

There are no dues or fees for OA membership.
The only requirement for OA membership is a desire to stop
eating compulsively!
