New Members are warmly welcomed at every OA meeting.

The only requirement is a desire to stop eating compulsively.

Any eating related compulsion is supported and self-addressed at OA meetings including overeating, under-eating and behaviors involving binging and purging of calories by any method.

Anorexic and bulimic folks often find relief at our program.

There are no dues or fees for OA membership.

Family members are also welcome at the "open" OA meetings.

New members are urged to use all the OA tools, get a sponsor, attend a lot of meetings and join an OA group in order to achieve a good recovery.

WHO: Membership in OA is open to all persons who desire to change their eating habits or patterns.

WHAT: Membership in OA is strictly as the member wishes, just put your first name in our book and you are welcomed as a member. If you wish your name will be added to our phone list. There are no forms to fill out or dues to pay.

WHERE: OA is usually located in rooms in Churches or at the Regina YWCA. We are in no way affiliated with these Churches or the YWCA except to rent our room once a week.

WHEN: OA meets at various times throughout the week. Members and visitors are welcome at any and all meetings. As well members are encouraged to attend other area OA meetings. Click here for a listing of other Regina and district OA meeting times and places.
