OA Region 1, Region One of Overeaters Anonymous (OA) consists of OA groups, Intergroups and members in: Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming Alberta, British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan and Yukon.

It is one of 10 areas formed to attend to the regional needs of OA.
